Choose a real learning task
Sidekick for teams describes the corporate teaching scope within Deploy. Start with a named software workflow, intended learner and person who owns the guide. An intern learning an internal process is a useful example; use approved sample material.
Share the needed context
The standalone Sidekick foundation supports chosen screen context, annotations and spoken or typed explanations. Decide what the learner shares and avoid unrelated windows or personal information. Unshared prior activity should not be assumed to be available.
Separate explanation, demonstration and action
A paced lesson explains a step. A demonstration shows it. An execution changes the application. Make the mode clear, especially when a guide involves a real company account. Human review and applicable permissions still govern actions.
Review repeatable guides
A recorded sequence can inform a guide, but it needs review before another employee follows it. Check the intended application, starting state, required access and stopping points. Software or policy changes may invalidate old instructions.
Connect to the company environment
The shared company identity, policy and activity integration has not completed acceptance. The free public Sidekick download is a consumer preview, not an enrolled corporate deployment. Confirm the corporate package and supported workflows for your pilot.
Measure learning without assuming success
Keep lesson progress, an observed click and completion of the business task distinct. Decide what the learner and supervisor can see, what is retained and what is excluded from the AI work record.
