The Sidekick product preview, software availability and enquiries.

About this project
Retvest is an independent project run by its founder and is not currently an incorporated company. These terms describe retvest.com and the Sidekick preview. Contact: cliffordprince257@gmail.com.
Software availability and licensing
This website presents Sidekick's features and selected documentation. The implementation repository is private. The planned distribution is a precompiled app that users can install without building the project; public installers are not yet available.
Any future download will include its applicable software terms and third-party notices. Copies previously obtained under GNU GPL version 3 remain governed by that licence; changing repository visibility or these website terms does not revoke those rights. Third-party components and models retain their own terms.
Development preview
Sidekick is development software. Binary licensing review, signed installers and Windows runtime acceptance remain pending.
AI output may be inaccurate. Review answers and proposed actions before relying on them, and use data and accounts you are authorised to access. The software licence contains its warranty and liability terms, subject to applicable law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
Third-party services
Optional cloud models and connected services have their own terms, privacy practices and possible charges. Check a provider's pricing before enabling a paid service. Retvest's website does not run hosted AI inference or take payment.
Support enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not place an order, start a subscription or authorise a payment. Any future paid work requires an agreed scope, price, operator details and applicable cancellation or refund information before booking. No response deadline, support service level or certification is promised by this preview.
Privacy and security
Read the privacy notice and cookie notice. Report vulnerabilities privately using the security contact; do not post secrets or private data in a public issue.
Changes to these website terms will be dated here. The licence supplied with a version of the software continues to govern that version.
